Two-layer dots: Two-layer dots are used for bonding ultra-thin fabrics. By using a thermosetting resin for the lower layer and hot melt for the upper layer, adhesion can be achieved without the adhesive bleeding through even with ultra-thin fabrics. (For apparel applications) Improvement of lamination process productivity: If adhesives were originally used for laminating multiple materials, pre-coating those materials with hot melt adhesive dots can reduce the adhesive application process. Furthermore, it is solvent-free and environmentally friendly.
