【Basic Process of Jig and Parts Cleaning】 1. Incoming Inspection - Confirm the quantity and serial numbers, and conduct inspections according to customer specifications, including appearance. - Manage the cleaning history of parts based on serial numbers. 2. Coating Removal - Select a coating removal method (removal of surface contaminants) suitable for the material and surface condition of the base material, such as dry etching or wet etching, while minimizing damage to the base material. 3. Surface Modification Treatment - Implement suitable surface modifications such as blasting and thermal spraying based on customized proposals that meet customer specifications. - Blasting Treatment (Materials): Alumina, Dry Ice, Sirius, and others. - Plasma Spraying/Arc Spraying (Materials): Aluminum, Copper, Aluminum Alloys, Ceramic, Titanium, and others. 4.
