[Improvement Case] Unmanned Transport Vehicle

A case where 24-hour continuous operation became possible through fully automatic charging, resulting in improved productivity.

We would like to introduce a case study of line improvement using unmanned transport vehicles. We received requests for improvements such as "We want to make the parts area more compact," "We want to reduce the labor for workers," and "We want to ensure stable parts supply." After the improvements, we achieved a compact parts area. By implementing automatic transport with AGVs, we enabled 24-hour continuous operation through fully automatic charging, resulting in increased productivity. In addition to this, we also have examples of modifications to unmanned carts, outdoor AGVs, and conveyor-type loading systems.
