The "PDS-PS01" is a high-quality electrostatic spray coating device suitable for the formation of small-sized micro-droplets. By using a concentration where each electrostatically sprayed droplet contains either one or zero nanoparticles, it is possible to create observation substrates without aggregation of the nanoparticles.
