Equipped with an electrostatic nozzle head that can be observed directly from above the work! Capable of dispensing high-viscosity liquids in the fL-nL range.
The "QDX500" is an electrostatic dispensing and patterning device equipped with a downward observation type electrostatic nozzle head that can be observed from directly above the nozzle. This head is set to focus the camera on the workpiece, allowing real-time monitoring of droplets and lines formed directly beneath the nozzle. The drawing area of this device is 50mm square for the standard model. If you wish to expand the drawing area, it can be accommodated as an option. 【Features】 ■ Capable of dispensing high-viscosity liquids in the fL-nL range ■ Equipped with an observation mechanism suitable for drawing from directly above ■ Real-time monitoring of droplets and lines formed directly beneath the nozzle ■ Standard drawing area is 50mm square *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
