Achieving full automatic processing of fine work with dual hand wrist type / tool change mechanism!
The "ORIGAMI-01" is an automatic workpiece exchange robot that enables fully automated six-sided machining with your existing 3-axis machining center. It creates a "fixture" to secure the work material and uses that fixture to move and fix the workpiece. It can mass-produce ultra-fine machined products, such as dice with a side length of 100 micrometers. 【Features】 ■ Compatible with workpiece sizes ranging from 10mm to 0.1mm ■ Achieves a repeatability accuracy of ±2μm through automatic setup changes for machine precision ■ Significantly reduces fixture manufacturing/setup time ■ Eliminates human error in setup, improving machining accuracy ■ Can be retrofitted to vertical 3-axis machining centers (table width of 600mm and depth of 450mm or more) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Applications/Examples of results
【Examples of Use Cases】 ■ We want to automate the processing of workpieces smaller than 5mm, which has been difficult to handle and relied on skilled craftsmen. ■ We want to manufacture parts smaller than 0.1mm while maintaining a high process capability index. ■ We want to try cutting materials that could not be processed with a layered 3D printer in-house. ■ We want to achieve stable cutting processes even in small teams where securing personnel is challenging. ■ We want to utilize our current machining center more effectively. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
