Observe the blade tip in micrometers while rotating! Contact-type tool length measurement system.
The "HAGOROMO-nano" is a contact-type tool length measurement system for small cutting tools that employs a seesaw mechanism and can measure tool lengths down to Φ0.01. It allows for measurement with low contact pressure, enabling the measurement of cutting tools while they are rotating. For contact detection, it uses a laser unit with a resolution of 3.8 pm (0.0000038 μm). Additionally, it enables precision management of axes with practical accuracy in the micrometer range. 【Recommended for those who are facing the following issues】 ■ Want to reduce the hassle of tool length correction for small diameter tools of Φ0.1 mm or less ■ Want to measure tool lengths in a state close to actual processing while the cutting tool is rotating ■ Want to manage axis precision with an accuracy of ±2 μm or less *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
