We would like to introduce a case study on improvements made to vacuum pump lubricating oil. Water entered the lubricating oil of the vacuum pump, causing rust even though expensive oil was replaced weekly. Pump disassembly and cleaning were required every few months, resulting in significant costs for oil and cleaning. As a solution, we removed the existing filtration system and installed a high-performance industrial oil filtration system. As a result, oil changes became unnecessary, reducing the labor involved.
