We will manufacture a cooling structure for the insert, which is impossible with conventional processing, using a metal 3D printer.
Since February 2019, we have been manufacturing inserts for die casting using our in-house metal 3D printer. We create cooling structures that cannot be produced with conventional machining, solving issues such as seizing and improving product quality for our customers. In 2022, we introduced a large printer with four lasers. For certain products, this allows for significant cost reductions and shorter lead times compared to traditional methods.

We mainly manufacture core pins, inserts, sprue cores, and sprue bushes for die casting. Since February 2019, we have started producing inserts with complex cooling structures using metal 3D printers (maraging steel, improved SKD61 steel), and in May 2024, we introduced a fluid polishing machine. Additionally, we are confident in our hole processing capabilities, being able to process holes as small as φ1.5 to a depth of 280mm, and φ2 holes to a depth of 440mm (for both through holes and blind holes). Since our production is primarily made to order, we can accommodate requests starting from one piece. In addition to hot work tool steel commonly used in die casting, we also have processing experience with materials such as cold work tool steel, high-speed tool steel, and stainless steel (SUS303, SUS304, SUS310, SUS630), so customers from fields other than die casting are also welcome to inquire.
