basic information
TD-3 is ideal for quality control of enamel wire. During the heating of the wire, TD-3 automatically calculates the tangent delta temperature (TgD). In a full curve, it can determine and display valuable information regarding the quality of the enamel, including: - Enamel curing - Enamel quality - Residual solvent - Moisture absorption - Enamel type ID and combinations TD-3 is designed for rapid heating, generating a complete tangent delta curve in just a few minutes, depending on the type of enamel and wire dimensions. For example, a 0.5mm wire of PU enamel with a cooling start temperature of 50°C and room temperature of 20°C takes less than 5 minutes. Basic software features of TD-3 include: - Temperature range of 45°C to 350°C - Automatic calculation of TgD temperature - Printout of each curve and calculated data (manual or automatic) - PDF format - User interface in English, German, and Chinese - D-value axis scalable up to 1.0 - Multiple tangent calculations - Approval and exclusion sorting - MS-SQL database functionality - Operates on Windows 10 Implementation standard: IEC 60851-5

Shinsei Shoji was established in 1974 as the overseas sales division of wire butt welding machines for Hakusan Seisakusho Co., Ltd. In 1985, it entered into a dealership agreement with Clinton Company (spark testers) in the United States and began importing equipment for wire manufacturing. Utilizing the specialized knowledge and experience accumulated as a manufacturer’s sales division for butt welding machines, it subsequently increased the number of manufacturers it represents and now handles machinery for wire, cable, and electric wire manufacturing, measuring instruments, tools, and color masterbatches for fluoropolymer PEEK, among others. Currently, as a specialized trading company for equipment used in wire, electric wire, and tube manufacturing, it conducts business with approximately 200 wire, electric wire, and tube manufacturing companies both domestically and internationally. In recent years, it has started handling load cells and web guides from Swiss company FMS, receiving positive feedback from customers in the film, sheet, and printing sectors. Additionally, it has expanded its dealings with medical device manufacturers, focusing on measuring instruments for catheter tubes.
