The reduction in size and increase in rigidity suppresses vibration generation and realizes quick vibration damping characteristics. Therefore, it is an effective single-axis actuator for the vertical and horizontal axes of high-speed operating cameras. Compared to conventional actuators of the same size, it achieves high-precision transport of heavy objects at high speed. It is also effective for high-speed PP transport. Additionally, it is equipped with numerous service taps. By effectively utilizing the service taps, it becomes easy to manage piping, wiring, and the addition of components that were previously challenging to fix.
