[Improvement Case] Screw Compressor (Lubricating Oil)

We will introduce examples of solutions to issues such as the risk of tripping due to overheating in summer and the desire for stable operations.

We would like to introduce a case study of improvements made to our "screw compressor (lubricating oil)." There were issues such as "risk of tripping due to overheating in summer, wanting stable operation," "high maintenance costs," and "wanting to save energy (reduce power consumption)." In response, we installed a high-performance filtration system for industrial oil. This system keeps the lubricating oil at a constant new oil level, preventing failures caused by oil contamination and reducing preventive maintenance costs. Additionally, the clean oil gradually dissolves and removes dirt that has accumulated on the inner surfaces of the oil lines over the years, helping to restore efficiency and cooling capacity that had declined due to oil contamination.
