●Our company owns clean rooms with high cleanliness standards in the industry, catering to a wide range of needs such as semiconductors, precision electronic components, and medical-related products. As demand continues to rise in recent years, we will continue to produce clean and safe products. ●Our strength lies in our proposals for "electrostatic discharge (ESD) measures," which are essential for trays used for electronic components. Static electricity can often affect products, but we handle a wide variety of materials that do not impact products, and we produce them in a clean room to meet the needs of various customers. ●Maximize the use of vacuum pressure forming machines to enable precise molding, such as trays compatible with automatic robot insertion! Achieve mass production and low costs as an alternative to injection-molded products! ●We design, mold, and produce industrial precision vacuum-formed trays in a clean room established in southern Vietnam. (In our controlled clean room, we also manufacture non-silicone trays and perform dust removal (ionizer cleaning) for the trays.)
