Pallet molding line (waste plastic, extruder, injection molding machine, molding machine, welding machine)
■Features ≪Simple and High Quality≫ ◎ A semi-automatic line that achieves labor savings through a line configuration of melting, injection, molding (mold exchange cart), and welding. ◎ High-quality molding achieved through excellent kneading and vacuum degassing, with the capability for composite molding with various fillers, glass fibers, and wood powder. ◎ The adoption of an inclined leveling press system enables low-pressure injection and low-pressure molding, resulting in less warping and bending in the molded products. ≪Compatible with Various Raw Materials≫ ◎ Molding of difficult-to-process waste plastics such as low fluidity, impurity-containing, and composite waste plastics is possible. ◎ Sorted and cleaned container packaging plastics (general waste) can also be processed. ≪Reliable System≫ ◎ The melting machine is compatible with multiple manufacturers. ◎ Molds can be selected from reliable domestic or overseas options with assured support. ◎ As a hydraulic press manufacturer with a proven track record in designing and manufacturing recycling plants for local governments, we ensure high quality. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

basic information
■Processing Steps 1. Feed waste plastic into the cutter compactor (Input via conveyor or reel feeder; molded products require primary crushing) 2. Crush, mix, and preheat the waste plastic 3. Send the material, heated just before melting, to the melting screw 4. Knead and melt with the screw 5. Degas with a vacuum vent 6. Send the molten resin to the injection plunger 7. Measure the molten resin in the injection cylinder and inject it into the mold 8. Compress and form with a press, then remove the molded product after cooling
