iQ Auto-Plus MPC Ultrasonic Oscillator - Multiple Transducer Connection Possible
iQ Auto-Plus MPC
A compact ultrasonic oscillator that can switch and control up to 8 oscillators and can be integrated into a control panel.
The iQ Auto-Plus MPC is an ultrasonic oscillator that integrates the lightweight and compact iQ Auto-Plus oscillator, which has a solid reputation, with the MPC (Multi-Point Probe Control) unit. When performing multi-point spot welding or multi-point riveting on large components in multiple stages, it can switch and control up to 8 transducers with a single oscillator, thereby reducing the manufacturing costs of assembly equipment. The functions of the iQ Auto-Plus remain unchanged, and it also supports patented output trigger functions, energy control, and distance control (requires an external encoder). Its compact body can be integrated into control panels, and it has a maximum output of 600W (with 1200W models available for 30kHz and 35kHz), providing sufficient capacity for spot welding and riveting.

basic information
- Achieves stable ultrasonic oscillation with the industry's fastest sampling speed of 0.5ms and 100% digital control of all oscillator functions. - By adding a distance control option in addition to time control, energy control, and external signal control, it is also possible to support distance control using an external encoder. - By connecting the device PLC with iQLinQ-Ethernet/IP (with optional support for CC-Link, Profibus, Profinet, and EtherCAT), all control and monitoring can be performed from the PLC. - By integrating the MPC (Multi-Point Probe Control) unit with the oscillator, not only is the required installation space compact, but wiring work is also reduced, lowering the manufacturing cost of the device. - With the patented output trigger technology, it is possible to stabilize the load on the product at the start of welding, improving welding quality. - Free dedicated software: By installing iQ Commander on a PC and connecting via USB, it is possible to collect not only setting changes but also cycle data and graph data.
