Our "Noise Inspection Device" utilizes an inspection algorithm based on the Maharano Vista Guchi method to automatically and quantitatively inspect the quality of sound and vibration. We would like to introduce a case where the "Noise Inspection Device" was applied to the noise inspection of multifunction devices. It inspects whether any abnormal sounds occur when the finished product operates in various modes, whereas previously, operators conducted auditory inspections in a soundproof room. In this case, abnormal sounds are detected by using an accelerometer to measure vibrations. This helps reduce equipment costs, such as the need for a soundproof room.
