This is a case study of a long-established yakiniku restaurant that moved to a new location and opened a newly constructed establishment in June 2015, celebrating its 25th anniversary. Similar to the previous location, there was a strong desire for counter seating, so a "Swan Food" counter was installed to accommodate solo diners.
