This is a case study of a charcoal grill restaurant that opened on December 5, 2015. On the first floor, we installed a counter-specific type of "Swan Food" at the counter seats, which received positive feedback for allowing ample space for customers to use. The second floor features raised tatami seating, and we installed a one-shot food exhaust system. To accommodate large groups, we changed the table arrangement from horizontal to vertical, allowing us to adjust the position of the intake by swapping the head of the one-shot food system as needed.
