Thanks to the latest laser technology, it is now possible to weld transparent plastic products together without the need for laser-absorbing additives!
Duquesne's laser welding system for plastic parts is designed to enable welding between transparent components without the need for laser absorbers. Utilizing the latest laser technology that significantly increases the laser absorption rate in transparent resins, it can reliably melt optically clear products with highly controlled laser light. Duquesne's Clear-to-Clear laser welding system offers groundbreaking advancements across various industries, including medical devices, electronics, automotive parts, and home appliances. This state-of-the-art laser welding technology is utilized in both high-volume automated production lines and standalone systems for small-batch, diverse products. Duquesne's flexible laser welding system adopts a unique cassette method, simplifying jig replacement and allowing for quick changeovers. The automatic jig recognition function reads the ID of the connected jig via binary signals and automatically loads the stored settings. The jig I/O supports multiple parts handling, integration with various sensors, and workpiece clamping units.
