High-precision processing is possible! We will introduce samples of electrostatic coating stripping processing.
We would like to introduce our processing sample for industrial products, "Electrostatic Coating Stripping." This sample involves the removal of paint from masked areas using laser stripping. In a typical masking process, costs can accumulate due to tape, jigs, installation, and removal, but with laser marker stripping, processing can be done using only jigs and specific data. Additionally, alignment below 0.1 millimeters and handling of difficult masking areas are possible, allowing for 360° stripping of cylindrical parts as well. Furthermore, the laser irradiation area is 300mm x 300mm, enabling the processing of multiple small parts at once. 【Processing Sample Overview】 ■ Processing Content: Electrostatic Coating Stripping ■ Production Capacity: Up to 300,000/month ■ Processing Material: Electrostatic Coated Products ■ Machine Used: Keyence MD-X1020 ■ Work Size: Stripping Area Approximately 300mm x 300mm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company uses YVO4 laser and fiber laser markers to perform engraving on metals and resins, anodizing, plating, paint stripping, circuit pattern roughening, earth cutting, flash burr removal, and coloring processing, among other tasks. The materials we handle include metals such as aluminum and stainless steel, general resins, ceramics, LCP resins, and substrates. With our uniquely programmed equipment, we can achieve high precision in the movement of the XYZ table and rotation calculations using servo motors, allowing us to process a large number of small parts simultaneously, as well as cylindrical parts up to about Φ250, accommodating various lot sizes. Additionally, leveraging the technology developed through years of optical component processing, we also perform high-precision screen printing and pad printing.
