Murata Manufacturing's cyclone that meets all needs.
The conventional two-phase classification cyclone is a liquid cyclone that separates raw particles into two categories: large particles and small particles. In contrast, the three-phase classification cyclone can separate raw particles into three categories: large particles, medium particles, and small particles. Its structure features a larger diameter for the top nozzle compared to the two-phase classification cyclone, and it has a double-tube structure with an additional nozzle installed in the center, allowing for further division of the top slurry into two parts.

Detailed information
-
The effects of the cyclone are influenced by various factors such as particle size, specific gravity, viscosity, and concentration, so we recommend conducting tests (for a fee) during the consideration stage. Additionally, we can determine the applicability of the cyclone if you send us a sample of about 500cc. (Free of charge, particle size measurement, visual verification) Test Contents: - Creation of separation samples using a liquid cyclone - Particle size distribution measurement (laser measurement device) - Concentration measurement (infrared moisture meter) - Measurement of volume, weight, and flow rate * The amount of sample required for the test will vary depending on the cyclone used, so we will determine this when we confirm the detailed information or the preliminary sample.
