The "HBK-M Series" is an industrial brush made using nylon Tregrit M (from Toray Industries) with silicon carbide (SiC) particles. Compared to alumina, the abrasive particles are harder and sharper, and the hardness of the abrasive particles is higher than that of conventional products, making it effective for hard metals. The brush is available in outer diameters ranging from Φ6mm to Φ20mm, and all sizes are twisted using the W/S method, allowing for a greater amount of bristles to be retained and resulting in a uniform surface density of the bristle material.
