The "4-pin cable for sheet resistance measurement" is a product designed to measure the surface resistance of thin films using the highly reliable 4-probe method. To perform the measurement, simply connect the cable to a digital multimeter, set it to the 4-wire resistance measurement mode, and press the probes against the thin film. There is no influence from contact resistance since current and voltage are measured separately.
