Our company manufactures heat sinks using metal 3D printers. Heat sinks are mechanical components designed for heat dissipation and absorption. We can quickly respond to prototype requests and subtle shape changes during the prototyping stage. We offer a variety of materials, including pure copper with an overwhelmingly high thermal conductivity, relatively lightweight aluminum alloys with high thermal conductivity, and intermediate copper alloys. Please consider the production of high-performance heat sinks utilizing thin plate fin structures and lattice structures to increase specific surface area. Japan Metal Additive Manufacturing (JAMPT) was established in November 2017 by partners who aspire to spread and permeate metal 3D printing technology in Japan. JAMPT is a service bureau (SB) that is capable of providing a comprehensive service from powder development and manufacturing to prototyping and mass production, making it the first of its kind in Japan in the field of metal 3D printers.
