Flat heat pipe that can be used for cooling in small spaces!
Micro heat pipes are air-cooling components developed to meet cooling needs in small spaces, compared to aluminum and copper heat pipes. They transport heat by placing a working fluid inside a metal tube and utilizing the latent heat of vaporization and condensation of the liquid. They enable the transport of a large amount of heat from the heat source to the heat transfer destination with a small temperature difference. Like other heat pipes, they are easy to shape and are widely used in small precision equipment enclosures. 【Features】 ■ Can be directly mounted on the heat source and enclosure ■ Lightweight and can be installed over a wide area ■ Flat and thin design allows for reduced mounting area and enclosure size *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
