"Cationic electrodeposition coating" is a method in which the workpiece is immersed in a tank containing a water-soluble paint, and a direct current is applied to form a coating film on the workpiece. In our painting process, the typical film thickness is about 20±5μ, but since we can control the film thickness, it can serve as a base layer with a thin application, and it is also possible to enhance corrosion resistance with a thicker application.
