Cast-Designer can create parametric designs for gates, runners, sprues, overflows, and more. By inputting the necessary information, the parameters can automatically calculate optimal values, which are then reflected in the modeling. Additionally, it allows for the selection and placement of models from data templates, significantly reducing design time. With Cast-Designer CPI analysis, simulations can be performed for heat, flow, stress, solidification, shrinkage porosity, and more. In addition to FEM analysis, CFD analysis is also possible, allowing for the reproduction of phenomena such as gas entrapment. Furthermore, it enables coupled analysis of these solvers.
