This is a coating technology that can be applied at room temperature. It creates a transparent film that provides lubricity to the surface. It can be combined with electroless nickel plating and other surface treatments. Processable dimensions: none in particular. On-site application is also possible. (Please consult us regarding large products and on-site application.) 《 Features 》 - It has high hardness due to the inclusion of silica and other materials. - It excels in lubricity because it is made of fluoropolymer. - It can be combined with various surface treatments as a base treatment. (It is also possible to apply directly to SUS materials.) - It complies with the "Standards for Food, Additives, etc." under the Food Sanitation Act. 《 Properties 》 ● Water repellency: The contact angle with water is 111°. ● Hardness: The film strength can be improved compared to SUS materials. ● Heat resistance: Non-stick properties can be maintained even at 300°C. ● Base materials: Treatment is possible on various materials.
