We offer a variety of tools necessary for machine vision applications such as positioning, measurement, inspection, and ID reading. Our image input supports a wide range of interfaces from analog cameras to the latest digital interfaces like CameraLink, GigE, USB3.0, and CoaxPress. 【Example of Positioning Tool】 ■ Geometric Shape Search / X-Match The geometric shape search tool / X-Match uses geometric shape data as a model to search for positions where geometric shapes match within other images and outputs that positional information. By performing matching based on contour position information, it achieves stable detection even against irregular changes in brightness such as noise and shading, with high speed and high precision. It allows for flexible searches with degrees of freedom in rotation and scale, and artificial models created from geometric elements can also be registered. ■ Normalized Correlation Search The normalized correlation search is a tool for exploring registered model images within other images and outputting that positional information. It evaluates the similarity of pixel value arrays between the model image and the target image using normalized correlation. It also accommodates changes in angle and scale of the target object.
