In the production and development of rubber products, we always have over 200 types of raw materials and chemicals on hand to create suitable formulation designs. During the mixing process, we use mixing rolls and kneaders to blend the measured compounds. The kneaded materials undergo physical property tests for each material lot to ensure quality. The sheeted materials cannot be used as they are, so they are cut or extruded to match the respective molds, bringing the cut and processed materials closer to the product shape. These materials are then placed into molds and shaped under specific temperature, time, and pressure conditions. Our company maintains a consistent process from formulation design to production and shipping, accommodating various applications.
