This time, we performed fine slit processing on a SUS pipe with an outer diameter of 380μm and an inner diameter of 280μm. The slit processing enhances flexibility and springiness. Due to minimal thermal impact, fine processing can be done even on thin pipes below several hundred μm, allowing control of groove width, pitch, and slit shape in units of several μm to tens of μm, enabling the creation of specific flexibility tailored to the purpose.
