The "Fuji ZET" soundproof cover significantly reduces the noise from the compressed air emitted from the exhaust of concrete breakers. We commissioned the Japan Building Disaster Prevention Association to conduct noise measurements. The noise level of the concrete breaker was 97.7 dB, but with the soundproof cover "Fuji ZET," the noise level dropped to 87.4 dB, demonstrating a remarkable noise reduction effect of 10.3 dB. Additionally, as shown in the right diagram, the sound insulation effect is evident across the entire frequency range from 16 Hz to 8 kHz, indicating that it is effective in both low and high frequencies. ≪The values achieved without reducing impact force are due to the innovative patented structure.≫
