The necessary factors are stroke and suction power! We will introduce the selection of solenoid models.
When selecting a solenoid, the necessary factors are stroke and suction force. The stroke is the amount of movement of the movable iron core, with the position where the movable iron core is most drawn into the main body being stroke "0," and the distance from there is the stroke. The suction force decreases as the stroke value increases. In other words, the further the movable iron core is from the main body, the smaller the suction force. Additionally, as the temperature of the solenoid rises, the suction force decreases, so please choose a suction force with a margin. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

If you have any issues or questions regarding solenoids, please feel free to contact us! *Note: A solenoid is an electronic component similar to a motor, specializing in linear motion. It generates a magnetic field by passing current through a copper wire, attracting a movable iron core made of magnetic material (suction). Examples of use: door locks, electric locks, safes, registrars (coin mechanisms), vending machines, air valves.
