Here is a case study of our "MRX Drill Screw" being used on the roof of a bicycle parking area in a condominium. The roof of the parking lot can be seen from the upper floors. In this condominium, rust had developed at the screw parts of the bicycle parking roof, resulting in noticeable brown stains that detracted from its appearance.
