The "DSVI-MA" is a noise inspection device that automatically determines the quality of sound and vibration using an inspection algorithm based on the Mahalanobis-Taguchi method (MT method). By replacing the inspection of sound and vibration, which relied on human senses, with this device, quantitative inspections can be conducted, preventing variability in judgments. You can easily create inspection standards by preparing just 40 good product data, and an immediate improvement in the accuracy and efficiency of noise inspections can be expected after implementation. Additionally, we offer the "DSVI-MB," which supports input from up to 4 channels of sound and vibration. It can determine quality from sensors at multiple locations.
