We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation at Client Company B, a major rice milling factory. They consulted us about customizing an existing tube roll packaging machine, which is currently used for producing 5kg to 10kg products, to manufacture 1 to 2kg stand-up pouch products with a zipper, as the demand from consumers for such products is increasing, without introducing dedicated machinery. By customizing the machine and introducing a dedicated bag, it became possible to produce a wide variety of products, including the desired stand-up pouch products with a zipper and regular items, all with a single machine.
