At the large confectionery factory client C, the process of directly packing bite-sized sweets into boxes was previously done by hand. To promote labor reduction and simplification, we received an inquiry about whether we could adapt the fully automated weighing and packaging method used for rice to create a weighing and packaging line for bite-sized sweets. As a result, we introduced a tube roll packaging machine. This led to the ability to produce low-cost products with excellent openability, increasing efficiency and safety from weighing to packaging to opening, resulting in a synergistic effect.
