The OnRobot Soft Gripper can lift a wide range of irregular shapes and delicate products, making it ideal not only for food production but also for pick-and-place operations in manufacturing or packaging. This gripper can be used with three interchangeable silicone molded cups. Automation of food items, from eggs to fruits, bottles, or cans, becomes incredibly easy. Like all OnRobot grippers, the Soft Gripper can seamlessly integrate with the selected robot. The Soft Gripper operates without external air supply, eliminating additional costs and complexity, and there is no dust or noise generated as with traditional vacuum grippers.

The OnRobot Soft Gripper can handle a wide range of irregular shapes and delicate products using three interchangeable silicone molded cups, making it ideal for pick-and-place applications in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, as well as in "clean" manufacturing applications such as food and beverage production and packaging. The Soft Gripper features an innovative OnRobot quick changer, base unit, and silicone cups in a star or finger shape to enhance flexibility. The silicone cups of the Soft Gripper are dishwasher safe and comply with FDA 21 CFR (for non-fat food) and EC 1935/2004 for food processing. The maximum payload is up to 2.2 kg, depending on the shape, flexibility, and friction of the products being handled, with grip dimensions ranging from 11 mm to 118 mm depending on the cup used.
