In conventional slip rings with physical contact, various issues arise during high-speed/high-capacity data transmission (such as lifespan issues, data loss during high-speed communication, transmission delays, and inability to rotate at high speeds). Spinner Inc. has achieved reliable data and DC transmission for rotating bodies through a non-contact method using capacitive coupling and electromagnetic induction technology. It is capable of transmitting Ethernet + DC 750W (48V) in a completely non-contact (contactless) manner with a single module. It has a hollow diameter of 50mm. - Maintenance-free and long lifespan (over 200 million rotations) - Real-time transmission without delay (up to 100 Mbit/s) - Capable of high-speed rotation (300 to 3000 rpm) - Data communication methods: 100BASE-TX Ethernet-Channel, CAN-Channel, Profinet IRT (100 Mbit), EtherCAT - DC transmission: 300W@24VDC, 300W/48VDC - Custom 2-channel products are also available.
