The "Jidic H5D/H6D" is a horizontal CNC jig borer that efficiently handles everything from machining center operations to ultra-precision finishing processes for jig boring, all in one machine. Each linear axis (XYZ) adopts a V-V type guide similar to that used in ultra-precision machining machines and measuring instruments, which require particularly high precision. The spindle is supported by four sets of precision ceramic bearings, minimizing runout and achieving smooth rotation. 【Other Features (Excerpt)】 ■Static Accuracy - Each axis has two V grooves, totaling six, which are crafted with extremely advanced hand-finishing techniques, including scraping and lapping, to ensure precision and mutual positional relationships. - Maintains high spatial accuracy and precision of guide surfaces over a long period. ■Static Stability - Major structural components are designed using FEM (Finite Element Analysis) to avoid distortion while fully exhibiting their functions. ■Dynamic Accuracy - The main spindle is supported by four sets of precision ceramic bearings, minimizing runout and achieving smooth rotation. ■Dynamic Stability - Stable AC digital servo motors are employed for all axes. - To sensitively transmit motion, high-rigidity precision ball screws, produced in-house, are directly connected to the AC servo motors. ■Thermal Stability - To minimize thermal displacement of the spindle, temperature-controlled cooling oil circulates through the spindle. - Liquid-cooled motors are used to prevent heat transfer from the motor. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
