The MoorLDI2-HIR is a high-resolution model that can measure with a resolution of 0.1mm per pixel, equipped with a 785nm semiconductor laser. It can visualize images at a maximum resolution of 256×256 pixels and is capable of measuring areas ranging from a minimum of 2.5cm x 2.5cm to a maximum of 5cm x 5cm. Compared to the MoorLDI2-IR, it has a spatial resolution of 0.1mm per pixel, making it suitable for measuring smaller areas (such as the surface of small animal brains, fundus, and organ surface blood flow) at high resolution, particularly excelling in measurements taken at close distances. 【Main Features】 ■ Non-contact: It measures tissues non-contact, so there is no burden on the measurement site. ■ High resolution: It is capable of blood flow imaging at a maximum resolution of 256×256 pixels. The resolution setting can be configured as desired. ■ Software: The analysis software is user-friendly and compatible with various applications. ■ CCD camera: A CCD camera is standardly equipped, allowing for simultaneous acquisition of color images of the measurement site.

【moorLDI Measurement Principle】 When a laser is irradiated onto the surface of the skin or tissue, it scatters in response to particles (red blood cells) in the microcirculation blood flow. The scattered light returns with a Doppler shift (frequency shift), and this information is detected as blood flow information, allowing for the creation of a mapping image without contact. The scanner is equipped with a CCD camera, enabling the user to set up the measurement while confirming the target on the screen, and during blood flow measurement, a color image of the target can also be captured simultaneously, allowing for comparison with the blood flow image.
