Even with existing welding machines, it can detect welding current and count the number of weld spots using an original compact sensor. Even if there are different weld spot components within a single product, it can individually set up to 4 components. Additionally, it can accommodate up to 4 welding operations using multiple processing heads. The LED at the sensor tip can inform the operator about the head performing the processing, which helps prevent processing errors due to mix-ups. It is effective as a countermeasure against defects caused by insufficient weld spots.
