Types of blank processing and composite processing machines.

We will introduce the types of blank processing and the advantages of laser and turret punch press combination machines.

"Blank processing" refers to processes such as cutting materials from sheets. Broadly speaking, it is processed using two types of sheet metal processing machines: "laser processing machines" and "turret punch presses." The "laser processing machine" cuts by irradiating the material with a laser to locally melt it, and then blowing assist gas onto the molten part to blow away the molten material. In contrast, the "turret punch press" creates holes in steel sheets by attaching various shaped molds to a circular mold holder called a turret and pressing them. A machine that can perform both types of blank processing simultaneously is called a combined processing machine.
