We will introduce a machining case using ultra-hard carbide reamer (work material S50C). Tool wear is minimized as cutting speed increases, extending tool life. The measurement results of roundness and cylindricity of the machined holes (average after machining 400 holes) showed that increasing the cutting speed resulted in better hole accuracy.
