To switch the directional control valve, an external force is required to change the valve. This includes four types: "manual operation" using hand strength, as well as "mechanical operation," "pneumatic operation," and "electrical operation." Additionally, there are two types: one where the external force directly switches the valve body (direct operation) and another that uses compressed air to switch (indirect operation).
