~Lower Block~ The lower block is an important component located beneath the engine cylinder block that firmly supports the high-speed rotating crankshaft, thereby reducing the generation of vibrations and noise. Our company manufactures and provides this using a unique casting technology that integrates the iron part supporting the crankshaft with aluminum.

~Intake Manifold~ To extract power from a multi-cylinder engine, it is essential to intake air efficiently. The intake manifold, which requires high precision due to its complex shape, is provided through our unique shell mold and casting technology combined.

~Water Passage~ This is a component designed to equalize the temperature of the cooling water on both sides of a V-type engine in order to fully utilize the engine's performance. It features a complex internal shape that accommodates sensors to detect the condition of the cooling water, achieved through shell mold technology.
