Large Powder Coating Line: We have established a 116-meter long coating line to carry out processing according to our customers' requests.
- Having a powder coating line in-house allows for a one-stop process from sheet metal processing to painting treatment. - For pretreatment, a non-chlorinated alkaline solution is used, ensuring environmentally friendly degreasing. - After degreasing, zirconium conversion treatment is performed. - We do not perform primer applications; we follow a one-bake, one-coat principle. - The powder coating uses materials that consider the environment, making it suitable for RoHS regulations. *Zirconium conversion treatment is a type of chemical treatment performed as a pretreatment for metal coating, which prevents corrosion of the metal substrate by covering the surface with a zirconium film and enhances the adhesion of the coating.*
