Operation switch widely adopted in control panels of harsh environments such as steelmaking plants.
By adopting the highly reliable and long-lasting power lead switch "Bestact" at the contact points, we have significantly improved issues related to contact failure and contact bounce!
Introducing the Bestact contacts used in the output contacts of master controllers in machining factories. Conventional contacts operate mechanically through the sliding of a cam. However, in harsh operating environments, the contact surfaces can oxidize, forming an oxide film that may lead to poor contact. Therefore, the main operation switchgear that uses a contact unit with inert gas-filled contacts (Bestact) helps improve the contact reliability of the output contacts. The product series includes two variations: one with a maximum output of 16 contacts (8 levels) and notch angles of 90° (2 notches) or 45° (3 notches). It is ideal for general industrial and vehicle control operation equipment, especially in harsh environments or infrequent use. The environmentally resistant operation switch reduces maintenance, workload, and costs for customers.

Company information
For over 40 years, our relays and sensors have been used in various markets where reliability and safety are required, such as in Shinkansen (bullet trains) and steel manufacturing. With advantages such as an electrical lifespan that is twice that of general relays and a failure rate that is 1/20 under minimal loads, our products contribute to improving equipment reliability while also reducing running costs by decreasing the frequency of replacements. Leveraging the excellent environmental resistance of our products, they perform well even in harsh environments, such as in vegetable factories where humidity is present.
