The 5843 series is a board-to-board connector with a 0.35mm pitch that achieves a narrow pitch of 0.05mm compared to our conventional products. It is a space-saving product with mating heights of 0.8mm/1.0mm/1.5mm and a depth dimension of 2.4mm. - This is a space-saving connector with a 0.35mm pitch, a depth dimension of 2.4mm, and a height between boards (mating) of 0.8mm/1.0mm/1.5mm, contributing to a reduction in the mounting area on the circuit board. - The locking structure during mating is ultra-low profile while providing an excellent click feel and enhanced mating retention force. - Despite being slim and low-profile, the connector features a bottom wall on the rear side to eliminate metal exposure, allowing for pattern wiring between the terminal lands of the product. It is suitable for high-density mounting. - The contact part adopts a "sandwich contact shape" (two-point contact), making it resistant to vibrations and impacts from drops. Additionally, the shape of the plug contact incorporates a mechanism that increases concentrated load to eliminate foreign substances (wiping effect), achieving high contact reliability. - Compatible with automatic mounting. Delivered in embossed tape packaging with 5,000 pieces. - Environmentally friendly, compliant with the RoHS directive, and halogen-free. - Contact material: copper alloy - Insulator material: heat-resistant resin - Operating temperature range: -55°C to +85°C
