The MICROPACKED-ST column is the optimal column for gas chromatography analysis of gas components generated from lithium-ion batteries (such as H2, O2, N2, CO, CH4, CO2, C2H4, C2H6, etc.). The MICROPACKED-ST column is filled with ShinCarbon-ST, an original product of Shinwa Chemical Industries. Various detectors such as TCD and MS can be used, making it widely useful for research and development as well as quality testing of lithium-ion secondary batteries.

■We are filling with the original ShinCarbon-ST from Shinwa Chemical. ■Permanent gas analysis can be performed using a capillary-specific GC device. ■Permanent gases (including CO / CO2) can be separated at temperatures above room temperature (without a cooling system). ■Injecting samples containing water vapor does not affect the column. (Water does not elute as a peak.) ■With a load capacity superior to PLOT capillary columns, it outperforms regular packed columns in terms of column efficiency. ■Due to its superior column efficiency compared to regular packed columns, it allows for a reduction in analysis time. ■It is a carrier with excellent heat resistance (maximum operating temperature 330°C) and a quick stabilization time.
